Installation and Maintenance

Installation

• It adopts standard 19-inch rack or wall-mounted installation, with sufficient ventilation space reserved.

Commissioning

Use the DeltaV/PlantWeb Insight software provided by Emerson for hardware identification, parameter configuration, and function testing. System acceptance shall be conducted after on-site calibration is completed.

Maintenance

• It is recommended to conduct routine inspections every 6 months, including power supply voltage stabilization, cooling fan cleaning, module connection fastening, and firmware updates.
• Abnormal alarms can be pushed in real time through the built-in remote diagnosis function, supporting OTA updates and on-site quick module replacement.
