4. Structure and Composition

The ABB TVOC-2-240 air quality sensor adopts an integrated modular structure, consisting of a high-sensitivity VOC gas sensing probe, signal amplification and conditioning circuit, data processing unit, power stabilization module and industrial protective shell. The sensing probe accurately identifies volatile organic gas concentration changes, and the internal circuit processes and converts the signal into standard industrial data output.

The whole equipment adopts dust-proof and anti-pollution protection design, which can effectively resist the adsorption of industrial dust and oil fume on the probe. The optimized internal air duct structure ensures smooth gas detection and accurate data.
