	Information：	The MVI56E-MNET is a Modbus TCP/IP Client/Server Enhanced Network Interface Module. This module is developed by ProSoft Technology that is specifically compatible with ControlLogix controllers. This module is a single slot module with One (1) Ethernet port that supports 10 / 100 Base-T transmission rate. This module has an available 5000 Word, 16-bit register, user-definable data.The MVI56E-MNET is a Modbus TCP/IP Client/Server Enhanced Network Interface Module that is manufactured by an Allen-Bradley encompass partner company, ProSoft technology. This module enables a ControlLogix system to act as a MODBUS master or MODBUS client over TCP/IP connection. The MVI56E-MNET is backward compatible with early versions of MVI56E-MNET. This backward compatibility simplifies migration, eliminating the need of changing or revising the existing Relay Ladder logic or the current configuration of the existing, older module. It supports CIP connect that permits remote configuration and diagnostic access across multiple brinded Ethernet I/P and ControlNet networks via the 1756- ENBT, 1756-EN2T Ethernet communication adapter and 1756-CNB ControlNet bridge module. Additionally, this module supports the ProSoft Discovery Service (PDS) that is used to automatically locate a MVI56E module on the ethernet network and designate a temporary IP address. The unit comes with 30 g of shock for operation and 50 g when not operating. It also features a vibration of 5 g at 10 to 150 Hertz. The relative humidity for the MVI56E-MNET is 5 to 95%, non-condensing. The MVI56E-MNET comes with a Lithium Vanadium Pentoxide battery that backs up the real-time clock and is also used for backing up the CMOS battery. It is expected that the battery will last for the lifetime of the module and before the battery is fully charged, the module should be connected to power for at least 24 hours. With a fully-charged battery, then the battery will provide a backup power that is enough for the CMOS and the real-time clock for 21 days. The MVI56E-MNET supports an LED scrolling diagnostic display that comes with a 4-character alphanumeric display. The display offers Standard English for the status messages and also for displaying the alarm data and the processor and network communication statuses. The MVI56E-MNET also features a personality module which is an industrial compact flash memory card that stores the complete configuration and the Ethernet settings.
